What should you expect from us?

We believe in the personal touch and it’s extremely important to us that your employment with City Umbrella is as rewarding and hassle free as possible. With this in mind, your dedicated Contractor Relationship Manager will contact you once you’ve joined us to welcome you aboard and answer any questions you might have. They’ll call you again once you’ve been paid to make sure you understand your payslip and from then on they’ll be your dedicated point of contact. If you ever have a query, your Contractor Relationship Manager will already know you and understand your needs.

First class customer service

Our Contractor Support Team build strong relationships with all of our employees and are always on hand when you need them. If you need guidance or have a question about the portal, your expenses, your payslip or any aspect of your employment, they’d love to hear from you.

Contractor Support’s most important role is to make sure you are happy and don’t have any worries, and we are justifiably proud of the job they do. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, they’ll make it their top priority and do everything they can to resolve it for you.

We constantly review and update the way we work in the light of feedback received from our employees, and we want to know all about your experience so we can do even better next time.
